
I finally asked if they could find another mover that could do it that day. We both called to see what they could do to remedy the situation, but they offered no solutions. My daughter was leaving town for 2 weeks on the upcoming Tuesday, and Sunday night was not only Father's Day, but not enough time for her to move unpack, and get ready for her trip. As the arrival time approached, they called her and said they had to cancel her move and reschedule for Sunday. She had all of her belongs packed and in boxes and while she waited for them to arrive they called to say that they would be late but would be there in the afternoon.

My daughter scheduled Bellhops to move her on Friday, June 14. Good luck to anyone that uses this organization.

Yes, Bellhops billed for the slow and lack of work time. Without being told of the experience with Bellhops, College Hunks ended up moving more than Bellhops at a lower price. We used College Hunks to finish the job and boy were they hustlers and very enjoyable to have. But not all of them, as I followed the trail of bread crumbs picking up the left over pieces. Little pieces that broke or fell of such as a desk leg post and drawer dividers were left at the dropoff site. After about 1/2 of the items were moved they left and were never heard from again. This might have been avoided if they had used the blankets they brought (see picture). The desks that were moved had an incredible number of marks and dents on them. I finally starting moving items myself into my own vehicle and when they saw that they seemed to pick up the pace some. They were slow moving people that talked a lot but very little action. I've never received a callback or message from the office. We finally decided to get as much done as possible and the office would call back to schedule for the rest of the items. The list did not match with what was called in. I received a call from the office to review the list of items 40 minutes after the start time. The movers discussed for over 45 minutes why they couldn't move some things and that the company doesn't pay their hospital bills. While the truck showed up on time and the scheduling went smoothly, the rest was horrible. If your reviews are found to be true, we take immediate action in removing these subpar companies from our site.Quite a terrible experience. This helps us track any false reviews from the competitors.
